Services are Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Campbell with the Rev William Caughey officiating Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery southwest of Campbell. Campbell Funeral Home in Campbell is in charge of arrangements, Mrs Einspahr was born July 10, 1937, to Henry N and Dollie B (Houghteling) Lewis in Red Cloud. She grew up in Red Cloud. Her family moved to Cheyenne, Wyo., and then to Hastings. In March 8, 1956, she married Eldean L "Bud" Einspahr. They lived in Hastings until moving to Campbell in December 1968. She was head cook at Campbell Public Schools for two year and a a cook at the nursing homes in Minden and Campbell. She and her husband owned and operated Bud and Mary's Cafe in Campbell from 1978-85. From 1994-99, she worked at Custom Park in Hastings. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Campbell. Survivors are her husband; three daughters, Debra Bauman of Campbell, Michelle Jarmin of Wilsonville and Patricia Smith of Red Cloud; two sons, Greg of Olathe, Kan., and Bryan of Wauneta; two brothers, Charles of Davenport, Iowa and Edgar of Kearney; and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister. Memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran church or to the Leukemia Association. Hastings Tribune Nov 24, 2004∼Spouse of Eldean Einspahr.
