Description	:	Mary Magdalene Zwiener Mary Magdalene Paitz was born on Sept. 8, 1891, to Gertrude and Joseph Paitz at Humphrey, Neb., and lived there until Feb. 9, 1904 at which time she moved with her parents to Buffalo County. She lived in the Prairie Center community until the time of her marriage to Joseph Zwiener on Sept. 20, 1921. Since then she has lived in the Pleasanton community. To this union was born five children, one a twin who died in early infancy. Living are one daughter, Bernice, now living in England; three sons, Bernard, Sylvester and Louis, all of Pleasanton. On August 23, 1955, after four months of illness, she died at the age of 63. She leaves to mourn her death decides her husband and children, eight grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Burke of Seattle, Was., Mrs. Johanna Springer of Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Gertrude Gibbons of Poole, Neb.; two brothers, Jake Paitz of Pleasanton Neb., and Mike Paitz of Grand Island, Neb., and numerous nieces and nephew and also cousins of Humphrey and Columbus, Neb., and International Falls, Minn. She was a devoted Catholic all of her life, a member of St. Mary's Altar Society, and Holy Rosary Study Club of St. Mary's Parish at Pleasanton. Kearney Daily Hub, September 3, 1955, pg.6
