Description	:	Mary Margaret Ranche was the eldest daughter of Jacob Henry Ranch (anglicized version of Rensch) and Margaret Gengler. Her father was born in Nussloch, Baden, Germany and immigrated with his parents Konrad (Conrad) Rensch (Ranch) and Margaret Steinbrenner to first Iowa and second to Nebraska where he met and married Margaret Gengler, who was born in Useldinge, Luxembourg, and the daughter of Nicholas Gengler and Elizabeth Karinger. After their marriage, they immigrated to the Chipman area of Alberta. Jacob Henry "Henry" Ranch moved his family to Golden, British Columbia where he was involved in the mining industry.... He returned to the Chipman area where he farmed until his farming accident. Mary Margaret Ranch met her husband Sidney Bossenberry in Alberta when she was working at a hotel. After their marriage they immigrated to the Parkhill area where her husband operated the Parkhill Hotel. Mary Margaret died at the London, Ontario, Canada hospital. Her headstone was just recently found on the Grand Bend Cemetery website on CanadaGenWeb-Cemetery-Ontario-Lambton: ONLAM111778-817. Her maiden name on the headstone was Ranche, another anglicized version of the original German name Rensch.
