Description	:	CLARENDON - Mary Margaret Brown, 85, of Clarendon, died Monday afternoon, April 25, 2011, at Rutland Regional Medical Center, following a brief illness. She was born on Nov. 26, 1925, in Wallingford, the daughter of Paul and Catherine (Congdon) Regimbald. Mrs. Brown grew up in Wallingford where she attended local schools. She married Clois E. Brown on June 14, 1946, in Wallingford. Mrs. Brown had been employed for a long time by the Holiday Inn as head housekeeper until her retirement. Read More	CLARENDON - Mary Margaret Brown, 85, of Clarendon, died Monday afternoon, April 25, 2011, at Rutland Regional Medical Center, following a brief illness. She was born on Nov. 26, 1925, in Wallingford, the daughter of Paul and Catherine (Congdon) Regimbald. Mrs. Brown grew up in Wallingford where she attended local schools. She married Clois E. Brown on June 14, 1946, in Wallingford. Mrs. Brown had been employed for a long time by the Holiday Inn as head housekeeper until her retirement. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, the Ladies of the Moose and the American Legion Post #31 Auxiliary. Mrs. Brown loved animals and enjoyed feeding the birds, bowling, watching golf and her family. Survivors include her daughter, Paula Page and her husband Sumner, a granddaughter, Tina Page, a grandson, Tim Page and his wife Heather, and two great-grandsons, Colin and Seth, all of Clarendon; a sister, Pauline Munson of Tinmouth; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband on Sept. 24, 1999. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at the St. Patrick's Church. Burial will follow in the St. Patrick's Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Wallingford-Aldous Funeral Home. Private condolences can be made through www.aldousfuneralhome.com.
