Interment will follow in Peniel Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Martin was born January 21, 1922 in Lodge, SC and was a daughter of the late Joseph Tillman Taylor and Anna Utsey Taylor. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church #2 in Givhans, where she was a member of the Senior Sunday School Class and the Women's Bible Study Group. Known for her smile, she was loved by everyone she met. She was devoted to her family and always had something prepared for anyone that came in. Surviving are: her children, Rollin McCloud Mac Martin, Jr. (Silvia) of Charleston, Phyllis M. Bostick (Robert) of James Island, Nancy M. Reed of Johns Island, Eunice M. Prince (Harold) of Moncks Corner, Bobbie M. Skipper of Cottageville, Debra M. Bridge (Merle) of Ridgeville, Joey D. Martin (Sheila) of Givhans, and Mandy M. Hill (Lester) of Ridgeville; sisters, Ethel Fennell of Islandton and Mary Crosby of McBeth; 22 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother, Dan Cecil Taylor; and a sister, Eula Peters. Family and friends may call from 6:00 until 8:00 Friday evening at THE BRICE W.
