She was born on June 20, 1928 in Marysville,Ohio to the late Edward and Rachel Guess. Maudie loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, cermics and mushroom hunting. Funeral Services wil be conducted at 10:00 A.M. on Monday January 30, 2012 at the Sheridan Funeral Home. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitations will be on Suday January 29,2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Spirit Hall c/o Lanfair Center. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Lanfair for the loving care shown to Maudie the entire time she was with them.
