Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Latta Baptist Church with interment in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. prior to the service at the church. Kannaday Funeral Home in Latta is assisting the family. Mr. Brumble was born in Dillon County, August 20, 1931 the son of the late Evander and Julia Johnson Brumble. He was a member of Latta Baptist Church where he served faithfully in many leadership positions including, a Deacon, a Sunday School Director and teacher, and a past Royal Ambassador Leader. He was also a past Band Booster Club President, and Coached Palmetto Youth and Dixie Youth Baseball. Mr. Brumble was a member of the Latta Lion’s Club, Dalcho Masonic Lodge, and Dillon Camp of Gideons. He retired as a Rural Mail Carrier after thirty-one years with the U.S. Postal Service. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Sessions Brumble; sons, Milton Brumble (Patricia) of Dillon, SC, Mark Brumble of Columbia, SC; daughter, Judy Phlieger (Mark) of Isle of Palms, SC; grandchildren, Kevin Kyle Brumble (Janae) of Tacoma, WA, Jacob Schneider of Isle of Palms, SC, and Kristen Brumble of Columbia, SC; and two great-grandchildren, Hailey and Jace Brumble. Mr. Brumble was predeceased by his brothers, Evander Jack and Jimmie C. Brumble. Memorials may be made to Latta Baptist Church Building Fund, P. O.
