Description	:	Meta Bohlen, the daughter of Fred and Emma Heinze Ziebel, was born at Arapahoe, Nebraska on January 22, 1911 and passed away at the Crete Hospital on May 17, 1975 at the age of 64. She grew up at Arapahoe and attended the Arapahoe Public Schools. She was confirmed in the Lutheran Church in 1925. On December 27, 1933 she was united in marriage to Marion Bohlen at Arapahoe. The family made their home in Gresham for ten years. They moved to Saint Liberty, Illinois for a few years and then moved back to Nebraska to live in Hampton.... She is survived by her husband, Marion Bohlen of Clatonia; sons, Marlin of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Wesley of Guttenburg, Iowa; and Fred of Omaha; daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Adams of Duluth, Minnesota; Mrs. Dennis (Velda) Ronk of Clatonia; Mrs. Keith (Marclyn) Hildebrand of Crete; and Mrs. Ronald (Paula) Wheeler of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Brothers, Aurther Ziebel of Chula Vista, California; Ben Ziebel of Holbrook, Nebraska; and Ewald Ziebel of Arapahoe, Nebraska; sister, Mrs. Donald (Hilda) Hess of Longmont, Colorado; and 23 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Clara Wendland. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church of Clatonia. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 20, 1975 at 2 p.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church in Clatonia. Pastor Julius Wille officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
