Mrs. Dellinger's death was due to cancerous complications from which she has been suffering for several months. Mrs. Dellinger's death was due to cancerous complications from which she has been suffering for several months. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock at the Sandbank Christian church were she held her membership ever since she was a girl in her teens. Services will be conducted by Rev. G.D. Foster, an old friend of the family and burial will be in Fairview cemetery beside the husband who died thirty years ago. The body of Mrs. Dellinger will lie in state at the Shirley funeral parlors in Indianapolis until the funeral party leaves for the church. Mrs. Dellinger had realized her condition for some time and had made all the plans for her funeral which are being carried out by her family. Mrs. Dellinger, who was the daughter of James William and Louisa (Tolin) Adair, was born in Tipton county, Jan. 28, 1864 at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Silas Tolin, east of Tipton on what is now the Sam Hinds farm. She spent her girlhood in the vicinity and was married to Andrew Jackson Dellinger, of Indianapolis, August 30, 1892, while they were both attendants at the central hospital for the insane. Her death occurred on the 36th anniversary of their marriage. One son was born to their union but died at birth. The husband died in 1898. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Louisa Adair, three brothers, William and James Adair of Indianapolis, Perry, of Tipton and a sister, Mrs. Alta Stockdale, of Denver, Ind. Members of her family have been at the bedside of Mrs. Dellinger constantly since her condition became critical a few weeks ago and everything possible was done for her relief.
