Description	:	Mildred Anna Vajgrt was born on December 3, 1919, daughter of Lewis and Mary (Sotyn) Dostal. She was raised near Toledo and attended country school. On February 18, 1941, Mildred married Victor Vajgrt at the Catholic Parsonage in Clutier. After marriage, they farmed south of Tama. In 1952, they moved to a farm near Garwin. In addition to raising a family and helping on the farm, Mildred was active in the Legion Auxiliary. In 1999, she was the Volunteer of the Year of District 3 of Auxiliary. Her family will remember her for her caring heart, positive attitude, and always being happy. Mildred Vajgrt died on August 13, 2019, at Westbrook Nursing Home at age 99. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers; Fred Dostal, Ludwig Dostal, Authur Dostal, and William Dostal. Mildred is survived by her daughters; DeAnna (Albert) Krupp, Sharon Stringer, grandchildren; David (Aurora), Darin (Alicia), Scott, LeAnn (Steve) and great grandchildren; Timmy, Erica, Dylan, and Ava.
