Description	:	Mildred Lois (Lamson) Reinke, daughter of Ruel H. & Fanny (Weygeint or Wuggint) Lamson, was born October 27, 1913, on a farm north of Elgin, Nebraska. She attended School Dist. #106 and schools in Neligh and Elgin. On June 23, 1939, she married Howard Ferdinand Reinke at the Evangelical Lutheran parsonage in Neligh. The couple farmed near Neligh for many years. Mrs. Reinke moved to The Willows in Neligh and later to the Neligh Nursing Center after her husband's death. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and an honorary member of the Ladies Aid.... The couple farmed near Neligh for many years. Mrs. Reinke moved to The Willows in Neligh and later to the Neligh Nursing Center after her husband's death. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and an honorary member of the Ladies Aid. She was also a pianist at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Neligh for many years. Mrs. Reinke died Thursday, May 20, 2004, at Neligh Nursing Center. Funeral services were held Monday, May 24, at Grace Lutheran Church in Neligh. Burial was in the Laurel Hill Cemetery, in Neligh. Survivors include two sons, Dale (Mona) Reinke of Neligh and Tom (Jackie) Reinke of Basalt, CO; three daughters, Donna Johnson of Punta Gorda, FL, Audrey (Dwain) Dockweiler of Sumner and Judy (Doug) Forbes of Brunswick; a brother, Bill Lamson of Lincoln, two sisters, Mary Herley of Norfolk, and Hilda Jones of Dalles, OR; 14 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her husband, a daughter, a brother, and two sisters.
