Description	:	Miles L. Dubsky was born to his loving parents Frank and Emma (Zastera) Dubsky on Saturday February 14, 1914 at Stanton County Nebraska. Miles attended rural Stanton elementary school and Stanton High. Miles was employed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1934 where he remained for a few years. In 1937 Miles started farming at Stanton County. Miles was united in marriage to Lottie Pettitt on Sunday December 11, 1938 at St. Paul's Lutheran Parsonage at Norfolk, Madison County, the couple were blessed over the years of their marriage with a son and a daughter.... Miles attended rural Stanton elementary school and Stanton High. Miles was employed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1934 where he remained for a few years. In 1937 Miles started farming at Stanton County. Miles was united in marriage to Lottie Pettitt on Sunday December 11, 1938 at St. Paul's Lutheran Parsonage at Norfolk, Madison County, the couple were blessed over the years of their marriage with a son and a daughter. Miles and Lottie first farmed a farm in the area of the Elkhorn Acres Golf Club near Stanton, then farmed west of Stanton for eight years. In 1948 Miles and Lottie moved to a farm southeast of Stanton. Miles and Lottie celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary in 1988. Miles was a member of St. John's Evangelical Church of Stanton where he was a past member of the board of trustees. Miles was also a member of the Pork Producers. Miles farmed through 1991, then around the first of April 1992 Miles was hospitalized at Omaha, Douglas County. On April 29th Miles was moved to the Norfolk Nursing Center of Norfolk. Miles sadly passed there on Wednesday May 6, 1992 at the age of 78 years, 2 months, 22 days which does not include his last day, he lived a total of 28,571 days. Mile's funeral service was held at the Shultz – Vogel – Johnson Mortuary on Saturday May 9, 1992 with the Rev. Lon Kuether officiating. Miles was interred in the Stanton Cemetery. Miles' information was provided from researching many resources and my memory. This biography was created as an honor to Miles by Loren R.
