Fitz was in charge. Mr. Moore died Thursday, January 3, at his farm home following a prolonged illness. Mrs. Grace Kidder and Mrs. Bert Amos sang "The Old Rugged Cross" , "There'll Be No Dark Valley" and "Beyond the Sunset" accompanied at the organ by Mrs. Harold Pointer. Milo Hamilton Moore was born at Henry and Oliva Moore at New Carlile, Indiana, November 9,1866 and passed away January 3, 1957 at the age of 90 years, one month and 25 days. On January 23, 1889, he was united in marriage to Myrta V. Dye of Sargent. To this union two daughter, Mrs. Keo Shively and Mrs. Fannie Huss, both of Sargent, were born. He was a charter member of the Odd Fellows Lodge, Joining February 18,1893. He received his 50 year pin in 1943. He was also a member of the Rebekah Lodge. Mr. and Mrs. Moore celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on January 23, 1939. Mrs. Moore preceded him in death, also his parents, four brother and two sisters. Survivors include two daughter, Mrs. Fannie Huss and Mrs. Keo Shively, Sargent, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
