To David and Margaret Levi and passed from this life Sept. 24, 1971 at the Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Ia. at the age of 74 years and 7 months. When a young woman she moved with her parents to Taylor County and in 1922 was united in marriage to Jehoida (Joy) Davis. To David and Margaret Levi and passed from this life Sept. 24, 1971 at the Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Ia. at the age of 74 years and 7 months. When a young woman she moved with her parents to Taylor County and in 1922 was united in marriage to Jehoida (Joy) Davis. To this union were born two children, Earl Davis of Carroll, Iowa and Margaret Butler of Guthrie Center, Iowa. After marriage, Mina moved back to the Dedham community, later lived in Coon Rapids and Bayard, then lived her last 11 years at her present home in Guthrie Center. Mina was a member of the Church of Christ and has been an active and faithful member of the Church of Christ in Guthrie Center for the last 11 years. She has faithfully worshipped and served her Lord up until the time of her illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, seven sisters and one brother. She leaves to mourn her passing her son and daughter, one brother, Albert Levi of Cedar Rapids, one sister, Mrs. Rachael Churchill of Gravity, Iowa, six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Mina has lived a good live and will be missed by all of those who have known her through her years of life here upon this earth.
