She was 94 years of age. Mrs. Marshall was born at Lunenburg Ciunty, N.S., daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Simeon Meisner. In 1896 she married the late Weddall Marshall, who predeceased her in 1941. She is survived by five sons, Earl of Berwick, Herman, Clifford and Murray of East Torbrook, and Kenneth of the U.S.A. Two sons, Alex and Cyril predeceased her. She is survived also by two daughters Reta (Mrs. John Pineo), Berwick, Hazel (Mrs. Ray Parker), Wilmot. Three sisters, Selena, Florence and Carrie predeceased her. Two half sisters Mary and Emma also predeceased her. Funeral services were conducted from the United Church, Torbrook Mines on November 19, 1969 at 2 p.m., officiated by Rev. Hope Jackson. Interment was in the Torbrook Cemetery. Pallbearers were Leslie Banks, Reagh Neily, Paul Toole and Stewart Marshall. Minnie Etta Marshall - Minnie Etta Marshall, widow of the late Weddall Marshall, Torbrook East, 94 years, daughter of the late Simeon Meisner and Eunice (Corkum) Meisner, Pleasantville, Lun. Co., passed away Nov. 17th, at the home of her daughter (Reta), Mrs. John R. Pineo, Main St., Berwick, after an illness of six months. Twice married, one son, Earl Ackles, Berwick, survives her first marriage to the late James R. Ackles. Second marriage, two daughters, Reta, Mrs. John R. Pineo, Berwick; Hazel, Mrs. Roy Parker, Wilmot Sta.; 4 sons, Kenneth W., Waltham, Mass.; Herman R., Clifford D., Murray V., of Torbrook East; 22 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren. One daughter, Carrie, two sons, Alex and Cyril, predeceased her. Funeral services were held from Torbrook Mines United Church on Wednesday afternoon, with Rev. Hope Jackson officiating. Hymns sung by the church choir were: All the Way My Saviour Leads Me, and What A Friend We Have In Jesus. Pallbearers were Leslie Banks, Morley Toole, George Charlton and Stewart Marshall. Burial in Torbrook Mines Cemetery.
