Steffenville, Mo., March 18. — Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Ritter were held Friday afternoon in the Union church here, conducted by the Rev. John Golden of Hannibal. Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Feigenspan sang, accompanied at the piano by John Gross. Mrs. Raymond Anderson, Mrs. Zack Carter, Mrs. Omer Rife and Mrs. Buck Dennison were flower girls. Pallbearers were Omer Rife, Ray-Pitman, A. A. Feigenspan. P. W. Blincoe, R. E. Steffen and Julian Lay. Burial was in Shelbyville. Mrs. Ritter died early Wednesday morning. During her last illness she was cared for in the home of two sons, William F. and Champ W. Ritter, of Steffenville. She was born near Lentner in Shelby county Feb. 13, 1881, the daughter of Chris and Sophia Kuhne. On Dec. 10, 1902. she was married to Fred Ritter, son of Edward and Elizabeth Ritter. She joined the Methodist church at Bacon chapel in her young womanhood. Surviving are four sons, William F., Camp W. Pearl E. of St. Joseph and Fred Ritter of Brookfield; five grandchildren, Kenneth William, Janice Lee and Elizabeth Ann Ritter of Steffenville, and Sharon and Randy Ritter of St. Joseph; one sister, Mrs. Louisa Boling of Shelbina, and two brothers, August Kuhne of Lentner and Fred Kuhne of Quincy, Ill. A son, Jule Edward, died May 30, 1927. Two sisters and two brothers also preceded her in death.
