Description	:	DEATH OF MRS. PREUNINGER. Minnie Edmiston was born near Americus on March 24, 1875. At the age of ten years she joined the United Presbyterian Church of Americus. Feb. 27, 1901 she was married to Mr. Clifford Preuninger who died in December, 1915. Mrs. Preuninger then took a course in nursing at Kansas City and has worked at that calling since that time. Minnie Edmiston was born near Americus on March 24, 1875. At the age of ten years she joined the United Presbyterian Church of Americus. Feb. 27, 1901 she was married to Mr. Clifford Preuninger who died in December, 1915. Mrs. Preuninger then took a course in nursing at Kansas City and has worked at that calling since that time. Mrs. Preuninger has made her home with her mother since Mr. Preuninger died. Mrs. Preuninger belonged to the Woman's Missionary Society and also the Young Peoples Society and took an active part and taught in the Sabbath School and acted as secretary of the Sabbath School for a number of years. Mrs. Preuninger's health has not been good for a number of years. A little over a week ago she took pneumonia. After intense suffering she passed away at 12:15 Sabbath morning, Feb. 18, aged 47 years, 10 months and 24 days. She leaves to mourn her departure a mother, two brothers, one sister, four nieces and one nephew, besides other relatives and a host of friends. Mrs. Preuninger was a woman of fine christian character, and she has set an excellent example before the community. She had a kind and cheerful disposition and was always anxious to help those who were sick. She never was so happy as when employed at her chosen work of nursing the sick. Of her we may sincerely say, "Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord from henceforth, yea saith the spirit that they may rest from their labors for their works follows with them." The funeral was held from the U.P. church yesterday morning, the services being in charge of the pastor, Rev. J. M. Wallace.
