Description	:	CLAY CENTER-- Evelyn Belle Lewis, 81, died Friday, March 9, 2012, at her residence in Clay Center. Mrs. Lewis was born Dec. 30, 1930, at Blandinsville, Ill., the daughter of George Wesley and Leota (Brookhart) Agee. She grew up in Gorin, Mo. and graduated from Gorin High School. She attended Northeast Missouri State Teacher's College and taught in a country school in northeast Missouri. She married William Lewis on April 15, 1951. Read More	CLAY CENTER-- Evelyn Belle Lewis, 81, died Friday, March 9, 2012, at her residence in Clay Center. Mrs. Lewis was born Dec. 30, 1930, at Blandinsville, Ill., the daughter of George Wesley and Leota (Brookhart) Agee. She grew up in Gorin, Mo. and graduated from Gorin High School. She was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Agee. Survivors include her husband, Bill Lewis of Clay Center; one daughter, Debbie and husband Dr. Richard Reeves of Clay Center; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 14, at the First Baptist Church, Clay Center, with the Rev. Matthew Coleman officiating. Inurnment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, at a later date. Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home.
