Lois Ann Spillman, daughter of James A. and Sarah E. Spillman, was born August 14, 1863, at Blue Point and passed away at the family home on Monday, March 7, 1938. TISH Funeral services for Mrs. Charles Tish, who died Monday, March 7, were held at two-thirty Thursday afternoon from the Blue Point church. Lois Ann Spillman, daughter of James A. and Sarah E. Spillman, was born August 14, 1863, at Blue Point and passed away at the family home on Monday, March 7, 1938. On November 22, 1891 she was united in marriage to Charles Tish. To this union were born two daughters, Verda and Vergie, who with her husband survive. Mrs. Tish spent her entire life in the Blue Point neighborhood with the exception of two years when the family resided on a farm southeast of Ewart. Her life was spent in the service of her home and family. She lived a clean upright life. In addition to her immediate family she leaves to mourn, three sisters, Mrs. Alice Rivers, of Dubuque, Iowa, Mrs. Flora Rivers of Monroe, Iowa, Mrs. Addie Beeler of Hugo, Colorado, a brother, O.S. Spillman of Norfolk, Nebraska and a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
