Myra taught rural school before she married Henry Most. After, her marriage to Henry, they operated a cream station and owned the gas station in Ohiowa. --------------------------- MOST, MYRA MARGARET—Myra Margaret, daughter of John G. and Laura A. Snodgrass, was born in Nemaha County, near Johnson, Neb., May 6, 1896. The family moved in 1908 to Ohiowa. Here she grew to young womanhood, graduated from high school and taught in surrounding rural schools. She joined the Methodist Church at an early age, later transferring her membership to the Geneva Congregational Church, of which she was a member at the time of her passing. May 5, 1920, she was united in marriage to Henry W. Most. Three daughters, Fern, Phyllis and Ethel were born to this union. The family moved to Geneva in 1927, living here 20 years, then in 1947 moved to their present home in Lincoln. Mrs. Most had been in ill health the past year, being confined to the Lincoln General Hospital the past five months. She passed away September 20, 1950, at the age of 54 years, 4 months and 14 days. She is survived by her husband; three daughters and their families, Mr. and Mrs. Otto G. Waters, Marcia Kay, Gale and Myra Jane of Lincoln; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Riel of Grafton and Mr. and Mrs. Orville Benish and Catherine of Denver, Col.; two sisters, Mrs. Ronald Fox of Geneva and Mrs. Arthur Most of Ohiowa; three brothers, Howard Snodgrass of Union, Burton of Gordon and Russell of Fairmont; many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at the Congregational Church in Geneva at 2 p.m. Friday, September 22, Rev. William G. Bohi officiating. Music was by a trio, Vaughn Fulton, C. M. Humphrey and Ralph Reemts. They sang “In the Garden” and “The Old Rugged Cross.” Miss Helen Ann Huston accompanied them on the organ. Pallbearers were cousins of the deceased, Elmer Lintz, Elbert Moren and John Moren of Johnson, Neb., Clinton Moren of Humboldt, Harold Moren of Beatrice and Randall Parker of Hastings.
