Description	:	Mrs. Myrtle Jarrett Fowler, wife of the Rev. T. S. Fowler, recently pastor of the Methodist Church at Greenwood, died at Colorado Springs, Colorado, on Sunday the 5th instant, after a protracted illness with diabetes, aged 35 years. The remains were taken to Sutton, Neb., where the funeral was held from her parental home on the 8th instant. Mrs. Fowler was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. Jarrett of Sutton. She was born at Saybrook, Ill., and came with her parents to Nebraska, and was married to the Rev. Mr. Fowler at Sutton. Her illness dates back a number of years and in quest of health she spent much of her time in the mountain regions of the west. Mr. Fowler was obliged to retire temporarily from the ministry in consequence of his wife's illness. Mrs. Fowler leaves her father and mother and three sisters, one of is Mrs. W. F. Hines, of this city besides her husband to mourn her death. Hers was a beautiful Christian life and a triumphant death. Since her 12th year she was a follower of the Saviour, and he led her gently and victoriously through the dark valley.
