Description	:	HRUBESKY, MYRTLE—Myrtle Frasier, daughter of Edward and Ida Frasier, was born April 28, 1904, in Ashland, Neb. She passed away April 19, 1973, in Geneva, Neb., at the age of 68. She attended school at District No. 41, Saunders county, and graduated from Ashland high school in 1922. Following her graduation from high school, she taught for two years in rural schools. Read More	HRUBESKY, MYRTLE—Myrtle Frasier, daughter of Edward and Ida Frasier, was born April 28, 1904, in Ashland, Neb. She passed away April 19, 1973, in Geneva, Neb., at the age of 68. She attended school at District No. 41, Saunders county, and graduated from Ashland high school in 1922. Following her graduation from high school, she taught for two years in rural schools. She attended the University of Nebraska during 1924-26, and was then a member of the Geneva, Neb., faculty for six years. July 31, 1932, she was married to Frank W. Hrubesky. From this union came three daughters, Mary Anne, Margaret and Kathryn. In 1959 she returned to the Geneva school staff as an eighth grade teacher. She attended summer school at the University of Nebraska during 1962, 1965 and 1966, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in education in 1966. She remained on the school staff until her retirement in 1969. Preceding her in death were her parents, her sisters, Maude and Nellie; her brothers, Chester and Roscoe. She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Donald Saathoff of Columbus, O., Mrs. Dan Roberts of Wichita, Kas., and Mrs. Robert Simon of Denver, Col.; Five grandsons and three granddaughters; her sister, Mrs. Raymond Williamson of Lincoln, Neb.; and her brother, Clarence Frasier of Lincoln. Funeral services were conducted from the United Methodist church in Geneva at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 1973. Rev. John E. Stayton officiated. Mrs. Richard Ellison was organist. Pallbearers were Marlin Domeier, Herman Larsen, John Gewacke, Ed McCluskey, H. B. Hadsell and Howard Melton. Interment was in the Geneva cemetery. The Nebraska Signal 3 May 1973 page 5.
