Description	:	Nadine L. Walsh, 90 of Fargo, died Thursday, April 17, 2008 at the Evergreens of Fargo. Nadine was born on August 12, 1917 in Wakonda, South Dakota to Lynn and Ida (Bierce) Ketchum. She graduated from Wakonda High School and attended Business College in Grand Island, Nebraska. She married Joseph J. Walsh on July 3, 1944 in Wakonda. Nadine was employed with the Wakonda Bank for 35 years. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Wakonda and served as clerk of Wakonda School Board for a number of years. Nadine was born on August 12, 1917 in Wakonda, South Dakota to Lynn and Ida (Bierce) Ketchum. She graduated from Wakonda High School and attended Business College in Grand Island, Nebraska. She married Joseph J. Walsh on July 3, 1944 in Wakonda. Nadine was employed with the Wakonda Bank for 35 years. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Wakonda and served as clerk of Wakonda School Board for a number of years. She was also a member of Wakonda Centennial Committee and helped edit the Centennial History Book. She enjoyed reading and playing bridge. Nadine moved to Fargo in 2001 to be closer to family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; her parents and 3 sisters, Zelma Ketchum, Hazel Johnson, and Betty Lou Hartman. Nadine is survived by her son, John (Marlene) Walsh of Fargo; granddaughters, Erin of Phoenix, AZ and Meggan of Flagstaff, AZ. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am Monday, April 21, 2008 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Wakonda. Burial will follow in the St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, rural Wakonda, SD. Visitation will be Sunday, April 20 from 12:30-1:30 pm with a prayer service beginning at 1:30 pm at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, ND. Arrangements entrusted to Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, and Hansen Funeral Home, Irene, SD.
