Description	:	Obituary From "Ottumwa Courier," March 13, 1919: Nancy Agnes Carson was born in Agency City, Wapello county, May 26, 1855, and departed this life February 23, at her home at the same place, aged 63, 8 months, and 28 days. Most of her youth and all of her married life, except the last three months, was spent in the country near Bladensburg. Read More	Obituary From "Ottumwa Courier," March 13, 1919: Nancy Agnes Carson was born in Agency City, Wapello county, May 26, 1855, and departed this life February 23, at her home at the same place, aged 63, 8 months, and 28 days. Most of her youth and all of her married life, except the last three months, was spent in the country near Bladensburg. On the second day of April, 1874, she was united in marriage to Madison Commodore Warder. To bless this union came eleven children: Madison, Mrs. Effie Amsbaugh, Mabel and Francis (deceased), Harry, Mrs. Mary Shoemaker, Mrs. May Green, Thurman, Sherman, Hazel (deceased), and Jessie. Besides her husband and children she is survived by three sisters: Mrs. J.C. Schooler of Alton, Kan., her twin sister, Mrs. J.E. McClain of Fairfield, and Mrs. F.N. Whitney of Garden Home, Ore. One sister, Mrs. A.D. Warder and three brothers, Moses, Charles, and John, preceded her into the spiritual world. Her life has been a clean record of effacement, of self-sacrifice and devotion to her family. To brighten her home and the lives of her kinfolk and friends, was to her the goal of all earthly ambition. Several years before her death she was baptized into the faith of her Savior, in confirmation of her life long belief. The last years of her life were marked by much suffering, which she bore with the patience and fortitude of a soul in which self has been subjugated. May her virtues be enshrined in the hearts, and perpetuated in the lives of her chidren.–Contributed.
