Description	:	The SIDNEY ARGUS-HERALD Feb. 22, 1934 "Another Pioneer Gone."--Mrs. Edward Rawlings died at her home three and one-half miles south of Sidney at 5:10 p.m. Sunday, February 18, of pneumonia, after a brief illness. She was taken with the malady and forced to seek her bed only a week before on Saturday. She leaves her husband. E. B. Rawlings, and one son by a former marriage, Ed Pierce. Mrs. Rawlings had long been a resident of this community and was universally revered as a lady of kindly and charitable impulses, whose life was wrapped up in her home... Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon from the Sidney Methodist church by the pastor, Rev. C. W. Howard. Burial was in Sidney cemetery. Eunice's first husband was John Pierce.
