Description	:	Nancy Lee McDaniel of Dorris, Calif., passed away on March 9, 2009, at Sky Lakes Medical Center at the age of 71. She was born on Dec. 27, 1937, in Red Bluff, Calif., to William and Pearl Kelley. Nancy grew up in Red Bluff and Yuba City, Calif., as a child and moved to Dorris at the age of 15. She married Emery McDaniel Jr. on Aug. 6, 1953, and they resided together in Dorris until Emery's passing on Nov. 22, 1988. She was born on Dec. 27, 1937, in Red Bluff, Calif., to William and Pearl Kelley. Nancy grew up in Red Bluff and Yuba City, Calif., as a child and moved to Dorris at the age of 15. She married Emery McDaniel Jr. on Aug. 6, 1953, and they resided together in Dorris until Emery's passing on Nov. 22, 1988. Nancy loved spending time with her grandchildren, working in her yard and home, hosting family events and playing cards. Her hobbies included collecting teapots and hummingbird figurines. Nancy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Lorna and Doug Londborg of Tehachapi, Calif.; son and daughter-in-law Mark and Susan McDaniel of Klamath Falls; and grandchildren, Karissa Cassina and husband Jeff of Pittsburg, Calif., Mark "Bub" Londborg of Atlanta, Ga., and fiancee Charlene Rincon of San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Patrick, Caylia and Nolan McDaniel of Klamath Falls. She was the second youngest of 10 children, five brothers and four sisters and was preceded in death by all her siblings except Ralph Kelley of Klamath Falls and Louise Green of Dorris. A graveside service will be held at the Dorris Picard Cemetery on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 3 p.m. Eternal Hills Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
