Description	:	Nellie G Hinshaw MONTICELLO — Services for Nellie G. Hinshaw, 90, of 402 Tioga Road, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Amana Baptist Church. She died at 4:37 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002, in White County Memorial Hospital, Monticello. Pastor Tom Bennett will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Hughes Cemetery, Monticello. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in Miller-Roscka Funeral Home, and one hour before the services Saturday in the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Amana Baptist Church. Hinshaw, 90, 402 Tioga Road, Building 2, Lakeview Commons, died at 4:37 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002, at White County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Carroll County on Sept. 13, 1912, to William and Mary Kathryn Cole Medley. She married Willis Hinshaw in Kentland on April 5, 1930. He died on May 16, 1996. She started school in Brookston and attended Remington High School until the 11th grade. She lived in this area most of her life and sold Avon products for 40 years, retiring in 1999. She was a member of the Amana Baptist Church of rural Monticello. Survivors include sons, William R. "Dick" (Lola) Hinshaw, W.E. "Cotton" (Fay "Mimi') Hinshaw and Robert L. (Jackie) Hinshaw, all of Monticello; a brother, Robert (Jean) Medley of West Lafayette; sisters, Helena Byers of West Point and Emmaline (Hugh) Leeman of Rochester; 11 grandchildren; 16 stepgrandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 10 stepgreat-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Four brothers, two sisters and a granddaughter are deceased. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Miller-Roscka Funeral Home, and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at Amana Baptist Church. Services will follow at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, with Pastor Tom Bennett officiating. Burial will be at Hughes Cemetery, Monticello. Memorials may be made to the Amana Baptist Church.
