She was born on July 12, 1926, in Keokuk, the daughter of Ralph and Opal Hull McNalley. She married Eston R. Case on April 26, 1943, in Kahoka, Mo. He preceded her in death on Sept. 25, 1981. She was born on July 12, 1926, in Keokuk, the daughter of Ralph and Opal Hull McNalley. She married Eston R. Case on April 26, 1943, in Kahoka, Mo. He preceded her in death on Sept. 25, 1981. She lived all of her life in Keokuk. Nellie worked for several years at Stan's Pastry, starting in 1982. She was a member of New Testament Christian Church, Keokuk. She also was a member of the Ladies of the Moose. Survivors include: three sons, Dennis Case and his wife, Carol, of Donnellson, Randy Case and his wife, Kathy, of Fort Madison and Gale Case and his wife, Mary, of Keokuk; a daughter, Esta "Kathleen" Canida of Keokuk; nine grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Dorsey of Burlington. She also was preceded in death by her parents, a great- grandson and a great-great-grandson. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at DeJong-Greaves Celebration of Life Center, 1212 Concert St., Keokuk, with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. Burial will follow in Keokuk National Cemetery.
