Hopkins and took their eldest daughter and now the grim reaper has again invaded their home this time taking their youngest child Nellie May Hopkins who was born January 30th, 1905 and died Thursday, June 22, aged 4 months and 22 days. The little one had been ailing for two weeks but nothing serious was thot to be the matter until a short time before her death. The funeral was preached from the... Rev. Wendell of Audubon conducting the funeral obsequies--[an old word meaning services]--after which the remains were followed by a long procession of sympathizing friends of the family to the Exira Cemetery where the little form was interred by the side of the sister who had but a short time before preceded her. Mr. and Mrs. Hopkins beg leave to return their sincere thanks to the many friends and neighbors who extended their timely aid in this hour of sorrow. They also wish to express their thanks to the choir for their assistance rendered at the funeral of their dear baby."
