Description	:	Obituary from "Ottumwa Courier," September 17, 1945: MRS. HOWARD T. DIMMITT Mrs. Nell R. Dimmitt, 52, of 143 Lincoln Avenue, died at 1:15 p.m. Saturday at the St. Joseph Hospital. She was born November 15, 1892, in Wapello County, the daughter of Thomas F. and Belle Hendrickson Carver. She was married June 19, 1907, to Howard T. Dimmitt at Agency and was a member of the East End Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband and the following children: Mrs. Helen Lawson, Ottumwa; Glenn H. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons and one brother. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday from the Johnson Funeral Chapel in charge of the Rev. Mr. Cross of Sigourney. Burial will be in Round Point cemetery.
