Read More	OBITUARY-THE MARYSVILLE ADVOCATE JANUARY 8, 1953 NELSON MOSER, 76 Nelson Silnore Moser, son of James and Adeline Moser was born April 24, 1876 in Buckhart Twp., Christian, Illinois and passed away at his home at 309 South Fourth in Marysville, December 30, 1952 at the age of 76 years, eight months and six days. He was one of a family of 19 children. He had been in failing health for the last three years. He left Illinois with his parents when he was a small boy and settled near Pawnee City, Nebraska in 1882. he later moved to Summerfield and made his home there for several years. In 1895 he went to Colorado where he stayed until 1899 when he returned to Summerfield. He was united in marriage to Iva May Root March 29, 1899. They returned to Colorado to make their home. While living in Colorado two children were born to this union, a daughter Relda and a son, Lester who preceded him in death January 4, 1948. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Iva, his daughter, Mrs. Joe Graham, Barneston, Neb., one brother, Dan Moser, Sherwood, Ore.; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many relatives and friends. Services were held at the Evangelical Church Friday January 2, with Rev. Howard Beer officiating. Pallbearers were grandsons, Irvin and Glen Moser, Chester Root and Lawrence, Myron and Ross Graham. Burial was in the Mission Creek cemetery.
