Long were happily married. The pleasant occasion was attended by a number of relatives and friends of the contracting parties, and Rev. Ogburn, last Wednesday evening at 8:30 o'clock, Miss Nena Ogburn and Mr. Chas. Long were happily married. The pleasant occasion was attended by a number of relatives and friends of the contracting parties, and Rev. Dr. Chreitzberg pronounced the impressive ceremony that made them man and wife. Mrs. H.R. Laney, who played the wedding march, and Miss Katharine Nelson, both accomplished musicians, sang beautiful and appropriate songs. Rev. Swindell Love was the groom's best man and Miss Allie Morrison, a niece of the bride, was maid of honor. Mr. Louie Ogburn, brother of the bride, gave her away. Immediately after the ceremony dainty ices and cakes were served by Misses Bertha Smith, Fannie, Bess and Annie Bell Austin. The dining room was in charge of Mesdames C.B. Adams and W.J. Hudson. In the hall Miss Lucile Stewart had charge of the bride's book in which the names of the guests were registered. Punch and mints were served in the sitting room, which was tastefully decorated with ferns, sweet peas and carnations. The punch bowl was presided over by Mesdames Henry Milton, Estelle Stewart and Sam Hudson. Mints were served by little Misses Jean Austin and Carson Yates. A great many valuable presents were received by the bride and groom, and the warmest congratulations of many friends attested the popularity of each. Mr. Long is a young man of fine standing in the various walks of life. Clever and popular, he is a member of the Union Drug Company. Mrs. Long is a young woman of exceptional qualities.
