Description	:	On Monday morning, at his home northwest of Fairmont, Nicholas F. Albro died after a long illness. Mr. Albro was born near Syracuse, New York, August 12, 1839, and dying April 6, 1908, his life was measured by sixty-eight years, seven months and twenty-four days. Read More	On Monday morning, at his home northwest of Fairmont, Nicholas F. Albro died after a long illness. Mr. Albro was born near Syracuse, New York, August 12, 1839, and dying April 6, 1908, his life was measured by sixty-eight years, seven months and twenty-four days. When he was twenty-two years of age, Mr. Albro moved to Michigan, where in November, 1863, he was married to Mrs. Phoebe J. Souls. Of this union were born six children, three sons and three daughters; of these, four are living: Lewis D. of Maywood, Stephen B. and Mrs. Clara David of Fairmont and Mrs. Edith Hurley of Tacoma, Washington. These, with his bereaved wife, two brothers and two sisters mourn his loss. Mr. Albro moved to Saline County, Nebraska in 1872, and settled on his farm northwest of Fairmont about sixteen years ago. He was a quiet, unobtrusive man, respected by his neighbors and was honest and upright in all his dealings. His long illness of a year and a half entailed great suffering, but he has endured patiently through all the days of pain. The funeral was held Wednesday, April 8, at the M.E. Church, Dr. Jno. Gallagher having charge of the services, and interment was made in the Fairmont Cemetery. Sympathy is extended to the bereaved relatives and friends.
