Description	:	Nora Mae Plock, daughter of Charley and Adelia Williams, was born at LaParte, Ind., October 15, 1876. She passed away at the Moore Rest Home in Fairmont, Neb., May 12, 1961, at the age of 84 years, 6 months and 28 days. As an infant, she moved with her parents to Nebraska, where she spent her life with the exception of a few years in Kansas and Iowa. She was married to Alvin C. Read More	Nora Mae Plock, daughter of Charley and Adelia Williams, was born at LaParte, Ind., October 15, 1876. She passed away at the Moore Rest Home in Fairmont, Neb., May 12, 1961, at the age of 84 years, 6 months and 28 days. As an infant, she moved with her parents to Nebraska, where she spent her life with the exception of a few years in Kansas and Iowa. She was married to Alvin C. Crouse at Loup City, Neb., March, 1893. To this union were born nine children, Meadie, Grace, Clarence, Alice, Floyd, Mollie, Mable, Carter and Marguerite. Meadie, Clarence and Alice passed away in infancy, and Mable passed away in January , 1955. Mr. Crouse passed away in December, 1912. Mrs. Plock came to Fairmont in November, 1921. She was married to John Plock June 29, 1922. They lived on a farm southeast of Fairmont until March, 1946, when they moved to Exeter. Mr. Plock passed away March 5, 1951. After his death, Mrs. Plock moved to Fairmont so she could be near her daughter. After being hospitalized in December, 1959, she made her residence the Moore Rest Home where she received loving and gentle care. She passed away in her sleep. She leaves to mourn her passing, five children, Mrs. J.L. Lowther (Grace) of Clinton, Ia., Floyd Crouse of Omaha, Mrs. Glenn Kiger (Mollie) of Phoenix, Arizona, Cart Crouse of Clinton, Ia., Mrs. Clyde Jacobsen (Marguerite) of Fairmont, Neb.; four step-daughters, Mabel Dreier of McCool, Tessie Cudaback of Hastings, Mrs. Orville Galusha (Maud) of Ainsworth, Mrs. Frank McGuire (Esther) of Monterey, Cal.; and 30 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Two brothers preceded her in death. She was an active member of the Sunset Club in Fairmont and looked forward to each meeting. She attended the Federated church and was a member of the Second Division. Her spirit of friendship and her genuine kindness resulted in the great respect and devotion her family and friends held for her. Funeral services were held at the Federated church in Fairmont at 2 p.m., Sunday, Mary 14. Rev. Ronald Carr officiating. A quartet, Oliver Moul, Mrs. Rex Plock, Mrs. Roland Hall and Federal Bridgman, sang "No Night There" and "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere." Mrs. A.P. Stewart was accompanist. Pallbearers were Robert Lowther, Jack Jacobsen, Francis Jacobsen, Bill Jacobsen, Floyd Jacobsen and Glen Jacobsen. Interment was in the Fairmont cemetery.
