Description	:	Norma "Sally" Cooksey, 86, of El Dorado, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2008, at home. She was born Dec. 7, 1921, in Strong, the daughter of George Webber Dugal and Eunice Irene West Dugal. She was a homemaker and a member of Marrable Hill Chapel. Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, James Edward Cooksey, Sr.; a daughter, Twila Kay Cooksey; three brothers, Dick, A.C. and India Dugal; and two sisters, Irene Connell and Jeanette Hooten. Cooksey Jr. of El Dorado, Gary Cooksey and his wife, Sharon, of El Dorado; two daughters, Jan Cooksey of El Dorado, Denise Cooley and her husband, Clarence "Buster", of Magnolia; a sister, Ruby Gibson of El Dorado; two grandsons, Cody Cooksey of Houston, and Scott Cooley and his wife, Amanda, of El Dorado; two granddaughters, Kathryn Cooksey Presgrove and her husband, Tim of Lancaster, Calif, and Lauren Cooley Davidson and her husband, Matthew, of Magnolia; and one great-granddaughter, Rebekah Cooley. Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at Marrable Hill Chapel with the Rev. Sam Shepperson officiating. A concluding service will be held at Cane Creek Cemetery near Strong under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors. Visitation will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
