Description	:	Miss Novella Annie Jackson, 71, resident of Route 6, died in Maria Parham Hospital Thursday night after a lengthy period of illness. A native of Franklin County, she was born January 9, 1902, daughter of the late Prometheus P. and Annie Ball Jackson. She was a life-long member of Middleburg Baptist Church. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. S.W. Lassiter and Mrs. G.H. Royster, both of Henderson, and Mrs. D.C. Scott of Tampa, Fla.; one brother, T.J. Jackson of Franklinton; 10 nieces and two nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 3 p.m. at Middleburg Baptist Church will the Rev. Ronald Clapp and the Rev. Marshall Neathery officiating. Interment will be in the Middleburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 7:30 until 9 o'clock at Davis Funeral Home, where the body will remain until one hour prior to the rites. They also will be at the home of Mrs. G.H. Royster on Norlina Road. Named as active pallbearers were W.T. Edwards, E.D. Poythress, W.T. Kearney, E.B. Poythress, W.H. West of Oxford, William P. Jackson of Marion, Va., W.J.
