Description	:	Ole was the adopted son of John and Valborg Loken. He was born 9 Jan 1916 at Pennant, Saskatchewan, Canada to parents Ole and Constance Kristianson Thorson. In 1917 he came to Rock Township, Benson County, North Dakota to live with his uncle and aunt Mr. and Mrs. John Loken. They raised him as their son. In Jul 1943 Ole married Junita Hegge the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Hegge of Sheyenne. In 1917 he came to Rock Township, Benson County, North Dakota to live with his uncle and aunt Mr. and Mrs. John Loken. They raised him as their son. In Jul 1943 Ole married Junita Hegge the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Hegge of Sheyenne. The couple were the parents of four children which include: Barbara (Mrs. Marshall Blaine) born on 15 Jun 1944; John Loken born 11 Nov 1946; Roger Loken born on 27 Jan 1949; and Debbie Loken. The couple lived and farmed on what is known as the Nyhusmoen farm in section 20 of Rock Township. In the fall of 1950 they moved to Napa, CA and Ole worked at the Mare Island Navy Yard near Vallejo, CA. In 1971 Ole returned to Sheyenne to care for his step-father who was ill and he lived in Sheyenne since then.
