She was born at Odebolt, Iowa March 11, 1889, where she lived until 1919 when she moved to a farm near Iroquois. In 1967 she came to Gettysburg and became a resident of Oahe Manor. (Iroquois, Gettysburg, So. Dak.) She was married to Alex McGeachy March 6, 1915 at Ft. Dodge, Iowa. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church at Iroquois and a member of the Rebekah Lodge. Joseph Lemmon, Jan. 16, at 10 a.m. Farber and Otteman were in charge of arrangements..
