Description	:	Married May 21, 1871 to Edna Louise Farnsworth (July 15, 1852-Jan. 1, 1917) daughter of Oliver Farnsworth and Edna King. They moved from Milford Twp. in Defiance County, OH to Hopkins in Allegan County, MI so that Orley could receive treatment for stomach cancer. He died there and his body was returned to Defiance County, OH. Children: (1) Carrie Pearl (Mar. 10, 1875- Nov. 14, 1944) married Amosa Alfred Grimm and she died in Portland, OR. (2) Daisy May (Nov. 16, 1878- Oct. 22, 1962) married William Banner Clark and also died in Portland, OR. Edna Crary remarried to Samuel Meyerhoeffer. OBIT - Allegan Journal, 10 Dec. 1886, p.1,col.3 O.E. Crary of Defiance County, OH, who has been suffering for some time past with tumor in the stomach, and came here recently for medical aid, died at the residence of Dr. Simonds in this village on Wednesday. His remains were taken to his former home by his brother-in-law, Royal L. Taylor of Hopkins. He leaves a wife and two little daughters to mourn his loss. (note - R.L. Taylor is the husband of Orley's wife's sister)
