He passed Sunday, May 17, 1998, at the Republic County Hospital in Belleville, Kansas, at the age of 82 years, 1 month and 6 days. He attended District #101 rural school, south of Davenport. He passed Sunday, May 17, 1998, at the Republic County Hospital in Belleville, Kansas, at the age of 82 years, 1 month and 6 days. He attended District #101 rural school, south of Davenport. Oscar served in the United States Air Force from April 2, 1942, to June 1, 1945, during World War II, and was stationed in India for three years. Oscar farmed in the Bostwick, Nebraska, community for over 50 years and was a self employed used car and salvage dealer. June 12, 1949, At Kiowa, he married Wilma Irene Ficken. This union was blessed with, five children. Wilma passed away on November 2, 1973. November 18, 1977, in Red Cloud, Nebraska, Oscar married Elva Lavina Bartholomew. They lived in Superior for several years, then moved to Belleville, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wilma; twin grandsons, Matthew and Mark; and a step-daughter, Marylin Joy Rhoe. Survivors include his wife, Elva of Belleville, Kansas; four sons, Henry Kramp, Howard Kramp and his wife Rebecca and Harold Kramp and his wife, Patti, all of Superior, Nebraska, and Harry Kramp of Webber, Kansas; one daughter, Helen Watson and her husband David of Deshler, Nebraska; two step sons, Arthur Rhoe, Topeka, Kansas and Elmer Rhoe of Belleville, Kansas; three sisters, Viola Sorge and her husband Ernest and Laura Loontjer and her husband, George all of Deshler, Nebraska and Cleora Ficken and her husband Wilfred of Davenport, Nebraska; 19 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; 23 step great grandchildren; nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 20, 1998, at 10 a.m., at Megrue-Price Funeral Home Chapel in Superior, Nebraska, with William Fogg officiating. Interment was in the Evergreen Cemetery, Superior. Pallbearers were Les Kueznski, Charley Novak, Charles Novak, Larry Thiede, David Husc and Steve Spillman.
