Description	:	Ottis Harm Hacobs, 60, Miller, died Friday, Aug. 25, 1989 at his home. Ottis was born October 7, 1928 in Miller to Harm and Anna (Thede) Jacobs. He lived his entire life in Miller and surrounding areas, attending the Miller School. He married Minerva Nafus, Highmore, September 14, 1948 at Pierre. They moved to a farm northwest of Miller in March, 1949, where he still resided at the time of his death. He lived his entire life in Miller and surrounding areas, attending the Miller School. He married Minerva Nafus, Highmore, September 14, 1948 at Pierre. They moved to a farm northwest of Miller in March, 1949, where he still resided at the time of his death. He is survived by his wife, Minerva; two sons and daughters-in-law, Allen and Ruth, Elko, NV and Gary and Julie, Huron; four grand children, Jerad and Lance, Elko, NV and Adam and Casey, Huron; a daughter-in-law, Trudy, Albuquerque, NM; two step-grandchildren, Lynette and Shawn and one great-step-grandchild, Jamie, Albuquerque, NM. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Richard in 1976. Funeral services were 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church, Miller, with Rev. Beth Kelsey officiating. Burial was in the G.A.R. Cemetery. Active pallbearers were Gene Porter, Ron Moehring, Duane Aymar, Terry Howard, Darrell Peterman and Bob Danielson. Honorary pallbearers were all friends and neighbors.
