Description	:	Otto Hoffman was born January 26, 1880 at Fremont, Dodge county, Nebraska and died at St. Joseph's Hospital in Sioux City, April 25, 1913, aged 33 years and 3 months. Death came following an operation for congestion of the bowels. Mr. Hoffman was taken to Sioux City last Thursday for an operation. He had been sick about two weeks. In 1907 he was married to Anna Nelson. Immediately thereafter, they moved to their present home six miles south of Creighton. Read More	Otto Hoffman was born January 26, 1880 at Fremont, Dodge county, Nebraska and died at St. Joseph's Hospital in Sioux City, April 25, 1913, aged 33 years and 3 months. Death came following an operation for congestion of the bowels. Mr. Hoffman was taken to Sioux City last Thursday for an operation. He had been sick about two weeks. In 1907 he was married to Anna Nelson. Immediately thereafter, they moved to their present home six miles south of Creighton. To this union two children were born, a girl, aged five and a boy, aged three. The deceased leaves to mourn his departure, his wife and children, his mother, seven brothers and five sisters. Mr. Hoffman was a kind husband and a hard working man, whose death at this time is very severe to the wife and loved ones. The funeral service was held at the home, Sunday afternoon, April 27, conducted by Rev. Vincent R. Beebe, pastor of the Methodist church at Plainview. It was well attended by all the relatives and by a very large company of neighbors and friends. Many drove to the new cemetery, where the body was taken for interment.
