She was born April 30, 1939, in Lima, OH, the daughter of Frederick J, & Hollie A. (Binkley) Maxwell, who preceded her in death. She was previously married to Harold Hendrickson and he survives in Hall, GA. She later married Bert W. Wallace, and he is deceased. Other survivors include, 2 daughters, Kimberly Hines, Wapakoneta, Karen Watt-Melton, Lima, a son, Jonathon D. Melton. A homemaker, Patty enjoyed cooking and making crafts, but mmost especially she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wed. Oct. 24, 2012, at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Pastor Sharon Jefferson officating. Burial will be in the Ash Grove Cemetery, near Gomer, OH.
