Description	:	CLAY CENTER-- Paul Bushell, 83, died Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at his residence in Clay Center. Mr. Bushell was born June 21, 1929 at Green, the son of Floyd and Amanda (Knitter) Bushell. He grew up in rural Green and graduated from CCCHS in 1947. He married Geraldine Chaput on Nov. 30, 1952. Read More	CLAY CENTER-- Paul Bushell, 83, died Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at his residence in Clay Center. Mr. Bushell was born June 21, 1929 at Green, the son of Floyd and Amanda (Knitter) Bushell. He grew up in rural Green and graduated from CCCHS in 1947. He married Geraldine Chaput on Nov. 30, 1952. He farmed in Clay County, worked at W.W. He was a member of SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Bushell of Clay Center; one daughter, Julie Nightingale and husband Dallas of McPherson; one son, Eric Bushell of Clay Center; one sister, Elsine Koch of Concordia; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15 at the SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Clay Center, with the Rev. Larry Grennan officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home with rosary being recited at 4 p.m. Memorials may be made to the church or the Parkinson's Foundation in care of the funeral home, 918 7th St., Clay Center, KS 67432.
