Born in Berlin, NH, March 30, 1950, He was the son of Edward J. and Anita L. Montminy. After spending much of his youth in Berlin, Paul graduated from Alvirne High School in Hudson, NH. Born in Berlin, NH, March 30, 1950, He was the son of Edward J. and Anita L. Montminy. After spending much of his youth in Berlin, Paul graduated from Alvirne High School in Hudson, NH. He then attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, graduating with a B.S. in Pharmacy in 1973. Paul moved to Rochester in 1981 where he would serve as a local pharmacist for more than 20 years. He opened his own pharmacy, the Medicine Shoppe, on South Main St in Rochester in 1986. A successful businessman in the local community, Paul closed his store in 1986 and returned to working in area hospitals until illness forced his retirement from Wentworth Douglas Hospital in 2003. Paul passionately pursued a number of hobbies including gardening, photography, and woodworking. A life-long lover of the outdoors, he was an avid camper and fly fisherman and found himself most at home in the forests of the White Mountains. Paul is survived by his wife of 32 years, Marcia Bellemeur Montminy, son Timothy Paul Montminy of Somerville, Massachusetts and his parents of Laconia, NH. He is also survived by three sisters and their husbands: Judith and David Wilbur of Hingham, Massachusetts, Louise and Eugene Rivard of Surprize, Arizona and Claire and Robert Shean of Derwood, Maryland. He leaves his mother in law Vasilia Maglaras Bellemeur of Rochester, NH, sister and brother in law Susan and Michael Sanfacon of Londonderry, NH, many nieces and nephews, and his dog Bo.
