Schulenburg, 74, years of age, and a resident of Tipton county since a youth, died at the home of his nephew, Paul Schulenburg, Jr., southwest of Tipton Friday evening at 6:15, death being caused by heart and kidney troubles. His illness started several years ago, following an accident. The deceased fell from a load of hay in the fall of 1929 and broke a hip. The body was removed to the Young funeral home on West Jefferson street, where it will remain for brief services at the funeral home Monday morning at 10 o'clock. ... Read More	Paul G. His illness started several years ago, following an accident. The deceased fell from a load of hay in the fall of 1929 and broke a hip. The body was removed to the Young funeral home on West Jefferson street, where it will remain for brief services at the funeral home Monday morning at 10 o'clock. Services proper will be held at the Lutheran church at 10:30 a.m. Monday, with Rev. Allen Fedder officiating, and burial will follow in Fairview cemetery. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home at any time prior to the services. Paul G. Schulenburg was never married and for a number of years made his home with his brother, the late George F. Schulenburg, whose death occurred last September. He and the brother had formerly been associated in the implement business in this city. With the exception of the few years he was in the implement business his entire life was devoted to agricultural pursuits. The deceased was a man who had the confidence and respect of all, was known to be absolutely faithful to any trust, and he leaves many friends in this city and county to mourn his passing. Paul G. Schulenburg was born in Ripley county, December 10, 1862, being one of several children born to Henry G. and Margaret (Jacobs) Schulenburg. He received his early education in the schools of Ripley county. He was one of nine children, his mother dying when he was a small boy and his father remarried. The old relatives surviving are a sister, Mary Schulenburg, of Madison, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. George F. Schulenburg, and a number of nieces and nephews.
