She was born Pearl Adeline Robertson, daughter of George and Jane Robertson, January 29, 1883, in Elkhorn. As a youngster she accompanied her father, one brother and a sister on the Oklahoma land rush in 1897. Later she returned to Nebraska and on July 3, 1911, she was united in marriage to James Elwin Robinson at Edholm, Nebraska. Five children were born to the union. In 1920 the family moved to the farm near Lutherville which has been the family home since that time. Mrs. Robinson had been active in the Lewellen Methodist church since coming to the county and was also a member of Ash Hollow Camp 9985, Royal Neighbors of America. She is survived by five children: Woodrow Robinson of Durango, Colorado, Herschel Robinson of Las Vegas, Frank O. Robinson of rural Oshkosh, Donald Robinson of Sidney and Mrs. Ruth Weible of Dalton; nine grandchilren; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon in the Lewellen Methodist church with Rev. Philip LaBue officiating and the Wright Funeral home in charge. Music was provided by Mts. Henry Smith as soloist with Mrs. Harold Burdick playing accompaniment. Pallbearers were Richard Paisly, Jim Patterson, Kenneth Conley, Richard Fischer, Donald McCormick and William Patterson. Interment was in Ash Hollow cemetery with graveside rites conducted by Ash Hollow Camp of Royal Neighbors.
