She was the former Miss Peggy Sterling of Crisfield. She had been making her home in Florida with her husband and family since last year. She is survived by her husband, S 1-c Talmadge V. Capps, USN; two daughters, Pamela and Tara; her father, Carl Sterling of Crisfield; two half brothers, Charles Pinto of Crisfield and Harry Sterling, and a half sister, Mrs. Benson Ennis of Crisfield.
