Read More	OBITUARY The Greenville News (SC) - Wednesday, February 7, 1968, Page 8 Perry Arthur Bishop, 84, of 10 Hilltop Avenue, Sans Souci, died yesterday at 7:55 a.m. at a local hospital after several months of declining health and a sudden attack. He was born in Transylvania County, North Carolina, a son of the late P. B. and Mahala Heath Bishop. He lived most of his life in Greenville County and was a retired carpenter. For a number of years, he was a foreman with Grady Hodgens, building contractors. He was a member of Morgan Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lula Pace Bishop; three daughters, Mrs. O. M. (Daisy) Bayne and Mrs. Clyde (Gladys) Foster of Greenville, and Mrs. C. E. (Murley) Hull of Merchantsville, New Jersey; three sons, Homer and Charles Bishop of Greenville, and Roy Bishop of Charleston; three sisters, Mrs. Mae Lee, Mrs. Georgia Hester and Mrs. Della Hopkins of Greenville; two brothers, Harry and Adge Bishop of Greenville; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services willk be conducted today at 4 p.m. at Morgan Memorial Baptist Church by Rev. Paul T. Brock and Rev. C. B. Lockee. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ronald Bishop, Dewey Bishop, Billy Bishop, Harley Kircus, Jackie Knox and Charles Lister. The body will be at the home after 10 a.m. today. The Mackey Mortuary is in charge.
