On many genealogy websites you will find a non-existant child listed for Peter Bowne Hankinson. This error was due to someone's misreading of the old faded Bible record located at M.C.H.A. in Freehold. An early genealogist posted this information on the internet and it has been copied and reposted to the point that it is now considered to be correct.
